Melissa and team (shout out to Hannah) have been superb. Mel guided me at each step along the way and built the relationship so that I felt comfortable even though I'm based on the east coast and we'd never met. She has a wide range of contacts and I know she generated many offers for me to select from. She empathised with the excitement and helped me with presenting the property in it's best light. She is practical, empathetic, supportive and highly recommended.
